Brushing Your Teeth
* Frequency: Brush at least twice a day — once in the morning and once before bed.
* Technique: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.Gently move the brush in short, circular motions. Make sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.
* Duration: Brush for at least two minutes.
* Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.
